  If im too lazy to cook Filipino food myself, this is a good place to get your Filipino fix. Adobo is sweet with great flavor, kare kare is tender and good. Menudo sweet as well and really good. The kaldaretta has a slight kick, but just enough to make it good.

  It would have made a difference if somebody picked up the phone so we could ask if there is a lunch buffet on a weekday.  
  
  From the outlet mall, drove all the way here so we could try their Filipino Food.  Only to find out that it only works on the weekends.  The cashier was kind of busy.  The servers were not giving an extra slice of banana to a customer's order of tinola.  We sensed a different kind of service, and Space was kind of tight.  
  
  Hubby and I left and looked for another place to eat.

  On the recommendation of an Aunt, I ordered 2 large trays of "Pancit" noodle dish with veggies and pork or chicken meat, a famous dish . I also ordered "Turon" ripe banana plantain with brown Sugar deep fried into a crisp, which is a popular favorite as well, and 16 doz. of empanada,  for my son's wedding. I was required to pay at least 2 days before the pick up date, which I did.
  
  Big mistake ordering from this place. The  Pancit was just noodles with barely any vegetables or meat in it. The banana used for the Turon was not ripe, which made each bite hard and not sweet or flavorful, the empanada was too oily. Only a few of my guest partook of these dishes which was really an embarrassing representation of Filipino dishes.  Unfortunately for me, It was too late to return for I did not have a plan "B".
  I called the next day to complain, and after I explained the disappointment and embarrassment of the quality of food they provided, Irene , the girl who took my call told me to call back later, and speak to the owner again. She seemed in a rush to end the call.  How's that for customer service.
  I informed her to tell the owner all I said and call me as they have my number. I also offered to return the untouched portions of the food to show how little of it was eaten or not eaten and just thrown in the trash.  
  Well 2 days has passed and nothing. All I really wanted was an apology, or a call back at least.
  These restaurant is only concerned about profit and lots of it. No consistency in the quality of food they give out, nor are they concerned about their customers, as no one has shown any effort  to get in touch with me or try to appease a disgruntled client at all.
  They lost not only my support, but my whole clan as well. What a poor excuse of a catering service this place is.
  Do not order from this place for big events  or there is a good chance you'll end up in a fix just like I did, so why even risk it.

  This is a very authentic place. I love the bbq on a stick the best. It reminds me of my childhood.
  
  I love how everything is ready to go and you can just walk in and point to what you want and the food is instantly ready.
  
  The cashier was very friendly and offered recommendations. I'll definitely be back because this is a perfect lunch on the go spot.

  I just can't get enough when I'm having my cravings for Filipino food.  I've been to my fair share of Filipino restaurants (I'm filipino in case you were wondering) and I can't stop coming back.
  
  I think the reason why my wife and I visit so frequent is because 1) the food tastes like it was cooked by my mom or one of my many Filipino aunties 2) they have a wide variety of famous Filipino dishes (adobo chicken, lumpia Shanghai aka Filipino egg rolls, Kare Kare aka peanut sauce oxtail yum yum yum, caldaretta tomato based pork slices with bell pepper and hot dog, etc.).  I am starting to get hungry just thinking about it and writing this review.  
  
  If you are really craving their food but want to try a little piece of everything, go on the weekend and get their lunch buffet. For ~$12, you can get a whole smorgous board of food items that will leave you wishing you wore your stretchy pants.  
  
  Can't wait to go back...
  
  Would have given this place 5 stars if they would have put the names of the dishes and their ingredients.  Otherwise, love the food!!!
